The location of the hotel was ideal, with a nearby tube station and the ability to easily walk to many attractions. The lobby had a charming old-world charm and the staff were very accommodating.
The room we initially received was not satisfactory, with noisy air conditioning and windows that couldn't be opened, making it difficult to sleep. the hotel quickly rectified the situation by providing us with a nicer room.

Excellent service from friendly staff, who offered us a complimentary dessert on our anniversary. Clean and comfortable room with fantastic views of a nearby park. Great location just steps away from a subway station. Daily room cleaning and replenishment of towels and water bottles. Highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. the service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to help us. the luxurious amenities were outstanding, with a beautiful interior that provided a wow factor. Our room was comfortable and had everything we could imagine, including a jacuzzi and exclusive room advantages. the restaurant had delicious food and a variety of special diet menus. the private facilities were impressive.
Although the hotel was incredible, there was a minor issue with the noise as the windows were single glazed. the hotel staff immediately solved the problem and moved us to a quieter room with double glazing.

The hotel had a fantastic location near coffee shops and restaurants, and was right next to a Tube station making transportation easy. We loved the elegant piano bar and the convenient access to the theatre district.

The room is comfortable and well-kept, with complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the daily happy hour offers a good selection of wine and beer.
Some parts of the hotel can be difficult to navigate, and the confusion can cause delays during busy check-in and check-out periods.

The Kimpton Fitzroy is a fantastic hotel with great amenities and services. The staff are friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated, especially during the Christmas season, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the convenient lift functions and the pet-friendly policy, which is perfect for our family. Breakfast in our room was delicious and the hot water in the shower and bath was plentiful. one of the best hotels we've stayed at in the city.

We verbleven in een ruime villa op een geweldige locatie nabij Praia Galé. De villa had vier slaapkamers en drie badkamers, perfect voor onze groep. De keuken was volledig uitgerust en er was zelfs een vaatwasser en wasmachine aanwezig. De tuin was groot en bood veel zitruimte bij het zwembad en voor buitenmaaltijden. Het strand en diverse restaurants waren vlakbij. De communicatie met het personeel verliep soepel via WhatsApp.
De bedden waren van slechte kwaliteit en de badkamers waren verouderd en in slechte staat.
